Some have bragged that he was president of the Harvard Law Review, yet the only article he ever wrote for the journal was heavily edited.

Some praise Obama because he understands and respects the U.S. Constitution. Obama may understand the Constitution, but respect it? In a 2001 radio interview Obama criticizes the U.S. Constitution for not guaranteeing equal outcomes.  He was upset that Supreme Court did not go far enough in civil rights decisions to redistribute the wealth.

Some admire Obama because he is acquainted with Washington and brings fresh ideas! In just a few short years as a U.S. Senator, there is only one other Senator who has received more from Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac!  It did not take him long to get acquainted in Washington.

• Obama backed out of an agreement with McCain to use public funds. So he doesn't keep his word!
• Obama will not disclose all of his contributions, even though some are suspect. Claims it would be too difficult. Some have names of Mickey Mouse and even state in comments that they are not U.S. citizens.
• Obama says he will meet unconditionally with terrorist leaders.
• Obama voted against protecting babies that survived abortions while in the Illinois Senate! (NO Excuse!!!)
• He says his first priority will be the Freedom of Choice Act, removing most restrictions from abortion.
• Obama supports giving U.S. drivers licenses to illegal aliens. (No! No! NO!)
• Obama Aug. 2008 "LGBT community will play a major role in our campaign to bring change to Washington."
• Barack Obama favors "the full and unequivocal repeal of the federal Defense of Marriage Act," (BarackObama.com on LGBT rights).
• Barack Obama also favors full, open homosexual integration into our armed forces and military barracks.
• Barack Obama would expand tax-payer funded Partial Birth Abortion in the USA.
• Obama opposes 2nd Amendment. Voted to ban gun ammunition. His campaign intimidates TV stations running NRA ads showing his anti-gun record. Thus abusing the 1st Amendment to attack the 2nd Amendment!!
• Obama wants to make 12 million illegals U.S. citizens as soon as possible.
• Obama supports the Global Poverty Act (S. 2433) requiring the U.S. to spend $845 Bil. to 3rd world countries in addition to our $300 Bil. foreign aid budget!!!
• And of course "spread the wealth." He did not regret this statement given to 'Joe the Plumber.' Taxing the rich to give to those who have less.  95% are going to get a rebate, even if they don't pay taxes. If this is not Socialism, it is at least Socialistic.  Think about this.  If 5% of Americans (100-95=5) are going to make up for Obama's increased spending and rebates then they will be taxes so heavily that they pass their expenses onto us and will find ways to move their money elsewhere.  Can you say "layoffs!"
• Obama says he will not raise taxes, maybe so, BUT he wants to let the Bush tax cuts expire which will INCREASE our taxes! More double speak.
• Some question his patriotism because early in his campaign Obama has been videoed not placing his hand over his heart during the National Anthem as others were doing.  And also because of his inconsistent wearing of a U.S. Flag lapel pin.  Obama claims that being a patriot is more than symbolism it is about getting troops home and being honest about a disastrous war.
• During Obama's European tour his stops in hospitals to meet wounded soldiers were cancelled.
• Altoona, Pennsylvania, March 29, 2008: Barack goes bowling with locals.  Then at San Francisco April 11, 2008 he says: “You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing’s replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. So it’s not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”
• At a January 7th speech at Darmouth college just before the New Hampshire primary Obama told students, “… a light will shine through that window, a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany, and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote" for Obama.
• Obama has stated the he was never a Muslim.  However, his father and step-father were both Muslim and while living in Jakarta, Indonesia as a young boy with this mother and step-father he was registered at school as a Muslim and attended Mosque.
• Obama has stated that he is opposed to the Fairness Doctrine, yet he has not signed onto the Broadcast Freedom Act.  Obama considers the Broadcast Freedom Act a distraction from other, more important issues about opening up the airwaves to more diverse communications.

Obama's Citizenship Status in Question:
There are some who question Obama's citizenship for several reasons, but note not all have not been fully confirmed.  Here are some important points of the questions surrounding Obama's citizenship and where the U.S. Constitution stands.

• Obama has not provided a certified birth certificate and the Governor of Hawaii has sealed his birth records. 
• 14th Amendment gives the basis for citizenship, but not the specifics as to what defines a natural born citizen.   This definition comes from Title 8 Section 1401 of the U.S. Code.  http://www.usconstitution.net/consttop_citi.html
• In order to be enrolled in the two Muslim schools during his youth in Indonesia (which is confirmed), by Indonesian law he was required to be a citizen of Indonesia.  Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship so Obama's citizenship in the U.S. would have been forfeited.  So claims are that this would make Obama a naturalized citizen, not a native born citizen.  However, under U.S. law a person under 18 can not have their citizenship renounced.
• Even If Obama had claims to being a natural born U.S. citizen he may have forfeited those rights.
  • Title 8 Section 1481 of the U.S. Code provides for loss of nationality by native born citizens upon "taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state ... after having attained the age of eighteen years,"
  • Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, India and Kenya in 1981.
  • He claims he went to Indonesia to see his mother, but she had returned to Hawaii in August 1980 to file for divorce from her husband, Lolo Soetoro.
  • There is not a record of Obama having an American passport before he became a U.S. senator.
  • In 1981 Pakistan was on the State Department's travel ban list for U.S. citizens.
  • An Indonesian passport would allow Obama to enter Pakistan.
  • The only way you can get a Indonesian passport is to be an Indonesian citizen.  However, Indonesian passports expire every five years.
  • If Obama didn't visit his mother in Indonesia, did he go there to renew his passport to travel to Pakistan?  If he did, he was 20 years old at the time and confirmed his Indonesian citizenship and thus forfeitting any claim he would have to a U.S. natural born status.
• It is rumored that his Kenyan grandmother claims to have witnessed his birth in Kenya.  
• It is also rumored that his brother and sister give stories of different hospitals where Obama was born. 
• With all of these questions why will Obama not just release his records and stop the rumors?

And now about ACORN!!!

• Takes in 40% of revenues from American taxpayers
• Has taken a minimum of $126.4 million in donations and tax dollars since 1993.
• Under guise of "consumer advocacy," ACORN has received money from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. HUD funds hundreds, if not thousands, "anti-poverty" groups across the country led by ACORN.
• Nationally owes $3 Million-Plus in Unpaid Back Taxes
• Leveraged nearly 40 years of government subsidies to fund affiliates that promote the welfare state
• Settled the largest case of voter fraud in Washington State history.  Seven workers submitted nearly 2,000 bogus voter registration forms.
• Implicated in similar voter fraud in Missouri, Ohio and at least 12 other states.
• The Consumer Rights League points out that ACORN Housing Corporation has worked to obtain mortgages for illegal aliens in partnership with Citibank.
• Sued the state of California for an exemption from a requirement to pay its employees minimum wage.
• ACORN head Maude Hurd gushes that Obama is the candidate who "best understands and can affect change on the issues ACORN cares about"
• At the Heartland Democratic Presidential Forum 12/01/2007, A forum exclusively for thousands of Community Organizers including Gamaliel and ACRON, Barack Obama stated that if elected president prior to his inaugurated he will meet with community organizers, including ACRON, to help shape the agenda of his presidency.
• ACORN filed complaints against financial institutions that they were not sensitive to the needs of minorities in providing home loans.  The large number of subprime loans pushed by ACORN played a large role in our banking crisis.
• Obama worked with ACORN as a "community organizer," legal representative and trainer.
  • Once represented ACRON in a lawsuit against the state of Illinois.
  • Hired to train staff in protest methods and techniques of the late Saul Alinsky to intimidate financial institutions to give "Ninja" loans (no income, no jobs, no assets).
  • Obama helped ACORN get funding, even from the Woods Fund for Chicago on whose board Obama served.
  • Obama represented ACORN in a 1994 suit which influenced Clinton in 1995 to expand the Community Reinvestment Act signed by Carter requiring banks to accept more subprime loans.

So Obama wants to use organizations like ACORN to shape his agenda?  They take our tax money.  They do not pay their fair share of taxes.  They want special consideration to pay less than minimum wage (and they advocate for the poor?).  They played a roll in pushing subprime loans which led to our banking crisis.  And then they support fraud to get their way!!!  ACORN’s agenda sounds like Socialism to me and I don’t want organizations like this to shape the presidency of the United States and our country for the next four years!!!  We deserve better.
 
And some more things to consider
Obama’s VP candidate Joe Biden

• During a Democrat primary debate Joe Biden stood by his statement that Obama is not yet ready for the presidency, it does not lend itself to on the job training. He stands by him now, or does he?
• Now as Obama’s VP candidate Biden even predicts an international crisis to test Obama during first six months if he is elected president. And he continues that Obama’s response to the crisis will not be popular and that we should stand by Obama’s decision.

What about Obama’s Senate voting record
Obama often voted ‘present’ on controversial issues instead of Yes or No. See the summary below I did of his voting record from his own website report of votes given in the Senate.

2007: Yea=171  Nay=104  Not Voting=165
2008: Yea=47    Nay=28    Not Voting=137
At his BEST Obama does not vote more than one-third of the time!

We should also keep in mind what these radicals see in Barack Obama that makes him such an attractive candidate for president. Why did Bill Ayers have a party at his house celebrating Obama’s candidacy? Why does Lois Farrakhan think Obama is the savior of the black people? The list goes on. Why do they like Barack Obama so much?
